je suis allé— takes être, so the participle agrees with the subject (elle est allée).
Forms come from a corpus extraction (Lexique383) completed by rule, not from a language model. Where a form could not be attested it is left out rather than guessed — so a blank here means “we don’t know”, never “this is right”.
