CompMeIn is intended for lawful, creative use. You are fully responsible for the content you submit and for how you use outputs. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy — without refund.
Absolutely prohibited
The following content is never permitted under any circumstances:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional. Violations will be reported to law enforcement.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content depicting real, identifiable persons without their verified consent.
- Content that facilitates real-world violence, terrorism, or serious harm to individuals or groups.
- Harassment, targeted threats, or doxing of real individuals.
- Illegal content under Canadian federal law or the laws of Ontario, including content that violates Canada's Online Harms Act.
Literary & translation content
CompMeIn supports professional literary work, including novels and web fiction that may contain mature themes such as violence, moral ambiguity, and adult romantic content. The following rules apply:
- Permitted: mature literary themes — including non-graphic violence, romance, and morally complex content — that serve the narrative of a published or original work.
- Not permitted: explicitly pornographic content, graphic descriptions of sexual acts, or content whose primary purpose is sexual gratification rather than storytelling. This applies regardless of fictional framing.
- Our AI providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek) each apply their own content filters independently. If a provider refuses or interrupts a request, we will attempt to refund your tokens for that request — but we cannot guarantee a refund in all cases, and we cannot override provider decisions.
- If content is borderline, we recommend using Claude Sonnet or DeepSeek, which generally handle literary mature content better than Gemini for translation purposes.
Copyright & intellectual property
You represent that you have the right to submit any text or content you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have a license to process. CompMeIn is not responsible for outputs derived from infringing inputs. You assume all liability for copyright compliance.
Enforcement
We use a combination of automated safety systems provided by our AI partners (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Runway, Kling, Seedance) and manual review to detect policy violations. Consequences range from content removal to permanent account termination depending on severity. We reserve the right to act unilaterally and without prior notice.
Attempting to circumvent safety filters ("jailbreaking"), creating multiple accounts after a ban, or coordinating abuse with others will result in permanent bans for all associated accounts.
Reporting violations
To report abuse, policy violations, or rights issues, email abuse@compmein.com with relevant links, screenshots, and context. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For urgent harm (e.g. CSAM), we will act immediately and report to appropriate authorities.
