Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Acceptable Use & Content Safety
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:
- Generate sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or harmful content.
- Use generated content or the service to send unsolicited mass emails (spam).
- Violate our Content Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for any violations, abuse, or safety risks.
Generated Content
You are responsible for the inputs you submit. Our AI providers (e.g., Google Vertex AI, Runway) utilize strict safety filters to block harmful generations. Outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed before use.
Payments & Tokens
Purchases (including token packs or subscriptions) are subject to pricing and availability. Token usage rules may vary by feature. Where applicable, refunds are handled according to the purchase channel and applicable law.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
